The world renowned Salesforce can’t be denied as one of the best CRM systems on the market, very flexible and user friendly. However could cost you a lot if you are a large organisation. They claim to be the world’s No.1 CRM system which is bold as it’s subjective based on what your business requirements are but it’s without dispute that it’s a good system to work with.

Zoho is a visually helpful CRM system that is dynamic and relatively unknown in the CRM market. It falls into the same category as the other CRM systems but over sells itself as something zoho-crm-integrationmore and different, however it’s a good system.

Another good CRM system but also doubles as a good project management tool, have heard only good thing so far about this software. Also is super cheap and is free for up to 2 users, great for small businesses or projects.

Free CRM is not entirely ‘free’ as you can upgrade for more features but is a good bit of kit on the sales and client side. Not the final answer to your needs but would give you a good taster into the CRM world. Their claim of the No.1 free CRM is not founded on anything but still worth using.
